Aura Athletics Expiration and Refund Policy:

 

A. Expiration:

 

1. Expiration date is 90 days from the date of purchase of any 1 hr session, whether a 5 pack or a single session.

2. Expiration is 60 days from the date of purchase of any 30 minute session, whether a 5 pack or a single session.

 

B. Refund:

1. If a refund is requested, Aura Athletics will retain 25% of the balance of said 5 pack or single session purchased for both 1 hour and 30 minute sessions that fall within the 90 or 60 day expiration period.

2. Full refund or pause in sessions will be granted at any time under the following circumstances: major injury, relocation or loss of transportation.
